When reporting a bug, tell us your phone model, the app version (shown on the Profile tab) and the steps that led to it. That makes it much quicker to find the cause.

Frequently asked questions

How do I add a book from its cover?

On the Home tab tap Add book, then take a photo of the cover or pick one from your library. The title and author are filled in for you; correct them if needed and save.

How do I save a passage from a page?

Open the Notes tab, tap the plus button, choose the book, then take or pick a photo of the page. When the text appears, tap the first word and the last word of the passage and pick a tag.

Are my page photos kept?

No. A page photo is used only to read the text in it and is then discarded; it is never stored on our servers. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Does the session timer keep running when I close the app?

Yes. Time is counted from the server's clock, so closing the app or locking the screen changes nothing.

I forgot my password.

On the sign-in screen choose Forgot password and follow the code sent to your email.

How do I delete my account?

Open Profile → Delete account. Every book, note, image and progress record is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered. You can also send the request to the support email above.

The app says scanning is unavailable for the rest of today.
