Please read these Terms of Use (the "Terms") carefully before using the Book Tracker app (the "App") provided by AiviTech ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of the Terms

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the App. You confirm that you are at least 13 years old.

2. The service

Book Tracker helps you keep track of your reading: books, progress, reading sessions, notes and highlights, tags, goals and statistics. Some features (text recognition from page photos, straightening covers and reading book details from covers) are provided through a third-party AI service.

3. Your account

• You are responsible for providing accurate information and for keeping your password secure.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• Please let us know if you notice any unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for unlawful purposes or to violate the rights of others.
• Upload content that is illegal, infringes copyright, is sexually explicit, hateful or harmful.
• Attempt to interfere with, probe, attack or disrupt the system.
• Misuse the AI image recognition features for infringing or harmful content.
• Use automation to access the service beyond normal use.

5. Your content

• You keep ownership of the content you create (notes, images, highlights).
• You grant us a limited right to store and process that content to provide the service (including sending images to an AI service to recognize text and read covers when you ask).
• You are responsible for the lawfulness of the content you upload.

6. AI features — disclaimer

Text recognized from page photos, book details read from covers and straightened cover images are produced by AI and may be inaccurate or incomplete. Please review them before saving. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI results.

7. Intellectual property

The App, its brand, interface and source code belong to AiviTech and are protected by law. You may not copy, distribute or create derivative works without permission.

8. Termination

You can stop using the App and delete your account at any time under Profile → Delete account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or meet all of your needs.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, AiviTech is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of (or inability to use) the App, including loss of data.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Any dispute will be resolved under the laws in force.

12. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates are posted on this page. Continuing to use the App means you accept the changes.
